During these painful times, each one found out the hard way how emotions can get out of control when deciding how to divvy up items that were left behind. It was out of these tumultuous experiences that the founders realized that there could be a better solution to the equitable division of property.
eDivvyup was born out of the concept of providing family members with a process to divvy up the personal property once belonging to a parent or grandparent. By creating a web-based, auction platform, all items are presented to the whole family such that each member has an equal vote on the sentimental items.
